Families are asked to provide one educational reference for their student when they apply to Prairie Song Academy. This should be someone who has worked with the student in an educational environment, such as a current or former teacher.
If the student has only homeschooled and has never worked in an educational environment outside the home such as a co-op, the student’s caregiver who has been primarily responsible for homeschooling the student should fill out the form.
