GINGER NOLKER
Head of School and Guide
Drawing on 17 years of experience teaching public and private school and homeschooling, Ginger guides elementary and middle school students in all curriculum areas, and teaches history and physics to our secondary students.
KATE SANDEFUR
Lead Lower Elementary Guide
Ten years of experience teaching play-based preschool plus a degree in English and continuing Montessori studies have equipped Kate to guide elementary students in all curriculum areas as well as work with our secondary students on afternoon projects.
MADISON FITZGERALD-INGERMAN
Lead Guide for High School Math and Assistant Guide, Middle
Madison is a graduate student in the Truman State Statistics degree program, and guides high school math as well as assisting with middle school, plus an occasional stint in elementary!
ERIN TRUTWIN
Lead Guide for High School Math and Assistant Guide, Elementary
Erin brings 16 years of experience in teaching secondary math and homeschooling, and guides our secondary students in math. She also assists in our elementary classroom, guiding student learning in a variety of areas.
KAYLEY WHITE
Lead Guide High School Lit and Comp, Assistant Guide Upper Elementary
Kayley brings formal training in education from Truman State and a Master’s in English to their work as an upper elementary and high school literature and composition guide!
MURTUZA TAQI
Lead Guide, High School Physics
Murtuza is a Truman physics major who brings his exceptional knowledge of his subject matter and his enthusiasm for physics to our high school students!
MICHELLE JONES
Lead Guide for High School Art and Assistant Guide, Lower El and Middle
Michelle studied art at Truman State and homeschooled for many years prior to working at Prairie Song. She brings a wealth of life experience to her work with our students!
